Senior Digital Producer

The senior digital producer at Preston Kelly masterfully leads digital and integrated projects from conception to design to implementation and keeps them on time and budget. This person thrives on problem solving and collaborating with a cross-functional team and has a strange inborn desire to produce and manage complex, compelling brand experiences. They’re a leader – not a paper pusher – and an important contributor to both strategic and creative discussions.  

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead internal teams and outside partners through the full creative project lifecycle; prioritize assignments and manage risks to bring to life our award-winning digital and integrated work
  • Develop scopes of work and project plans, collaborating with Strategy, Account, Media and Creative teams
  • Define resource needs, secure team members and ensure clarity on roles, responsibilities and deliverables
  • Manage budgets and timelines to meet key deadlines and exceed client’s expectations
  • Own and lead project status meetings and scrums
  • Participate in, and sometimes lead, day-to-day communication with clients
  • Lead quality assurance and testing efforts
  • Nurture vendor relationships and serve as primary point of contact from scoping through delivery
  • Assist in solidifying processes and establishing best practices for digital and integrated projects
  • Manage agency website and newsletter

What we’d like to see:

  • 5+ years of integrated production and project management experience
  • Experience participating in agile software development  
  • Confident and comfortable producing and managing various types of projects – mobile apps, large-scale websites, landing pages, online video, content planning, paid and social media, print, direct mail, experiential
  • Ability to proactively manage multiple simultaneous projects and meet deadlines
  • Highly structured and organized thinker and executor but able to adapt workflow to best suit a given project
  • Entrepreneurial approach, excellent people skills and can-do attitude
  • Strong sense of ownership and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with coaching a cross-functional team on digital production best practices
  • Superior attention to detail and organization
  • A ninja at running effective and efficient meetings
  • Strong understanding of common martech platforms, development technologies, third party applications, and social media platforms
  • Experience using MS Office, Google Docs, Basecamp, Gantt charts, Smartsheet, JIRA/Confluence, bug tracking applications or other modern project management tools
  • Google Analytics and ESP program (like Constant Contact or Exact Target) experience are a plus
