Integrated Project Lead

November 20, 2020

The integrated project lead at Preston Kelly has a very important role, as a member of a three-person account leadership team partnering closely with the strategy lead and creative lead. The project lead masterfully leads integrated projects from conception to design to development and implementation and keeps them on time and budget. This person thrives on problem-solving and collaborating with cross-functional team members, and has an inborn desire to create and manage complex, compelling experiences. They’re a leader, problem-solver – not a paper pusher – and a positive contributor to both strategic and creative discussions. Responsibilities:

  • Develop scope of work and requirements, collaborating with clients, strategy, account, media and creative teams
  • Define resource needs, secure team members and ensure clarity on roles, responsibilities and deliverables
  • Develop pricing models, project estimates and manage budgets
  • Develop and manage timelines to meet key deadlines and exceed client expectations
  • Own and lead status meetings and scrums
  • Participate in, and sometimes lead, day-to-day communication with clients
  • Effectively source and manage efforts of outside partners
  • Manage content creation, asset collection and organization
  • Provide constant, clear communication and reporting
  • Lead quality assurance and testing efforts
  • Responsible for solidifying processes and establishing best practices for integrated projects

  • 4-8 years of agency project management experience in both digital and traditional projects
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive approach
  • Excellent people skills and positive, can-do attitude
  • An ability to understand, motivate and support all team members
  • Superior attention to detail and organization
  • A ninja at running effective and efficient meetings
  • An understanding of development technologies, third-party applications and social media platforms
  • Confident and comfortable working on various types of projects, including traditional and digital advertising, websites/landing pages, content, public relations, print/collateral
