Digital Strategist

We are looking for a self-starter with strategic digital skills who brings curiosity and passion for all aspects of the digital experience, including strategy, innovation, user experience, information architecture, social media, content, and analytics.

You will work with an uber-talented team to develop and implement integrated strategies and user experiences that get results in unconventional and innovative ways. Your leadership will help solve clients’ challenges and instigate new opportunities by using creativity, digital expertise, strategic thinking and an insatiable hunger to learn.


  • Think creatively and strategically to develop digital and content strategies that engage consumers, exceed clients’ expectations and lead to award-winning work
  • Drive integration of earned, shared and owned media strategies
  • Collaborate on social media strategy development and editorial planning
  • Support content development and social community management
  • Uncover insights from social listening and draw conclusions to inform strategy
  • Analyze and report on analytics, extrapolate insights, and evaluate performance against goals
  • Collaborate on and develop user experience plans and deliverables (user personas, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, etc.)
  • Maintain integrity of the user experience through each phase of the project by collaborating closely with design, content, and development teams
  • Support site migrations/revamps with site audits, page mapping, content tagging, etc.
  • Participate in QA reviews
  • Stay abreast of evolving digital trends, technologies, best practices, consumer behaviors, and partnership opportunities, proactively educating yourself, the agency and clients
  • Develop expertise in clients’ business categories and audiences
  • Build trusting relationships with clients as a digital/social advisor and guide


  • 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing including strategic support for websites, social media and analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in marketing or communications
  • Solid understanding of digital trends/platforms and what moves the modern consumer, along with the drive to translate this knowledge into smart, strategic plans
  • Contagious energy, curiosity and passion for digital marketing and user experience
  • Ability to dig into the details (whether it’s content, sitemap or analytics) and emerge with strong strategic insights and actionable takeaways
  • Ability to develop and deliver persuasive, compelling presentations
  • Skills to manage multiple project assignments and deliverables at the same time
  • Experience and desire working in a collaborative environment based on open communication, listening and exchange of ideas
