Preston Kelly Earns “Best Places to Work” Award

Preston Kelly ranks as one of Minnesota’s “Best Places to Work” for 2009, according to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. A work environment where people feel they can perform at their best has long been part of the advertising agency’s culture.

In an all-employee survey, conducted by Quantum Market Research, Wichita, in conjunction with the Business Journal, Preston Kelly was one of the highest scoring businesses in the Twin Cities.

Employees were asked to rate Preston Kelly’s work environment, people practices, culture, benefits, personal growth and development opportunities, organization leadership, how things work day-to-day and how well the company embraces innovation and new ideas.

“It’s gratifying to receive an endorsement of such magnitude from our people,” said Chuck Kelly, president of Preston Kelly. “We genuinely encourage one another. We respect one another and the people with whom we do business. We have fun together. We are open and above board, and everyone is happy to leave politics to the politicians.”

“Best Places to Work” honorees are being recognized by the Business Journal at a luncheon on Thursday, August 27 at the Minneapolis Hilton. Preston Kelly will be featured along with other winning companies in the August 28th special issue of The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
